Details

3 nights full board Thorns Hall, Sedbergh (HF House in Howgills with ECR having sole occupancy)

This is the first time ECR have stayed in an HF House for a weekend away and it has proved incredibly popular.  So popular that the single rooms were sold out within half an hour of it being advertised.  The HF House: Thorns Hall, Sedbergh is now full with a waiting list, but if anyone wishes to find somewhere else to stay in the vicinity and join us for walks, they would be very welcome.

We will require emergency contact details and a recce fee from all  participants (no more than £10 per person). This will be calculated once we have established walk leaders and recce details.

Full details of walks and walk leaders are not yet available, but if you decide to come and stay elsewhere, please contact Melanie Davy so you can be included on any future mailings.

Our Ramblers Wellbeing Walks are weekly, social, short walks for beginners, available in Crewe and Macclesfield for residents. Our walks are the perfect opportunity to get out, increase your activity levels and socialise in a safe environment.

The Ramblers (or affiliated members) generate funds from Ramble Worldwide (formerly Ramblers Walking Holidays) bookings through partnership agreements, specifically receiving donations of £10 per passenger or up to £500 per group booking when users quote a specific code (e.g., RW24). This is in addition to direct discounts for the traveller, effectively acting as a charitable donation mechanism from the travel partner to the Ramblers.
